Investigative Solutions Network (ISN) is actively seeking a seasoned Surveillance Investigator to join its highly respected investigative team in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. This is a full-time, on-site position tailored for individuals who bring a proven track record of conducting surveillance operations and collecting reliable evidence across a range of assignments, including insurance, corporate, and legal investigations.

Perform both mobile and foot surveillance in a variety of investigative contexts (e.g., insurance fraud, corporate misconduct, legal matters).
Capture and document video and photographic evidence of the highest quality to support client objectives.
Prepare detailed and comprehensive written reports, ensuring factual accuracy, clarity, and professional tone.
Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy and legal standards in all aspects of the investigative process.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and follow directives from ISN management.
Maintain strong time management and organizational skills to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively with investigative teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
High technical proficiency with computers, surveillance gear, and video equipment.
Possession of a reliable, surveillance-appropriate vehicle and flexibility to travel extensively within Ontario.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Proven experience conducting mobile and foot surveillance, particularly for insurance or corporate clients.
Background in law enforcement, security, or related investigative work is considered a strong asset.
Successful completion of recognized Investigator training/course.
Valid Ontario Private Investigator Licence (mandatory).
