The successful candidate will act as a central point of organization, ensuring daily efficiency, continuity, and smooth functioning of both home and personal schedules.

Core Responsibilities

Household Operations Management

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day household functioning
  • Maintain organization and operational flow within the home
  • Manage groceries, supplies, and household inventory
  • Coordinate service providers (maintenance, deliveries, repairs, contractors)
  • Ensure household routines and systems are maintained consistently
  • Provide light household upkeep as needed (not deep cleaning)
  • Support a calm, structured, well-managed home environment

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Calendar and schedule management
  • Appointment coordination and follow-ups
  • Administrative and organizational assistance as required
  • Tracking household priorities and ongoing tasks
  • Managing reminders, logistics, and personal projects
  • Supporting workflow continuity for a busy professional household

Lifestyle & Family Support

  • Occasional preparation of simple, healthy meals
  • Errands and coordination tasks
  • Ability to adapt to evolving household needs
  • Provide a mature, grounded, and professional presence within the home

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Exceptionally organized and self-directed
  • Able to anticipate needs without constant supervision
  • Professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
  • Comfortable working within a private residence
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Previous experience as Household Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role strongly preferred
