Core Responsibilities
Household Operations Management
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day household functioning
- Maintain organization and operational flow within the home
- Manage groceries, supplies, and household inventory
- Coordinate service providers (maintenance, deliveries, repairs, contractors)
- Ensure household routines and systems are maintained consistently
- Provide light household upkeep as needed (not deep cleaning)
- Support a calm, structured, well-managed home environment
Executive & Administrative Support
- Calendar and schedule management
- Appointment coordination and follow-ups
- Administrative and organizational assistance as required
- Tracking household priorities and ongoing tasks
- Managing reminders, logistics, and personal projects
- Supporting workflow continuity for a busy professional household
Lifestyle & Family Support
- Occasional preparation of simple, healthy meals
- Errands and coordination tasks
- Ability to adapt to evolving household needs
- Provide a mature, grounded, and professional presence within the home
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Exceptionally organized and self-directed
- Able to anticipate needs without constant supervision
- Professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
- Comfortable working within a private residence
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Previous experience as Household Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role strongly preferred
