As a PSW, you will provide essential care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will create meaningful daily moments for clients of diverse ages and backgrounds while working collaboratively with a supportive healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care and support to clients in alignment with care plans.

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.

• Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes promptly.

• Maintaining accurate documentation using company-provided mobile devices.

• Building trusting relationships with clients and families.

• Ensuring safe and efficient work practices following strict health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (mandatory).

• Fluency in written and spoken English (French required only for Quebec-based positions).

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

• Ability to provide two supervisory references.

• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.

• Proof of negative TB test.

• Proof of vaccination against illnesses (COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu, etc.) as per Provincial requirements.
