This role is ideal for a highly qualified medical professional who can bridge the gap between medical expertise and the evolving world of AI-driven healthcare training and development.

This position offers a fully remote, flexible, and contract-based opportunity to collaborate with AI teams and contribute to high-impact medical content that enhances AI models’ understanding of clinical concepts and cultural nuances in global healthcare contexts.
Translate and synthesize complex medical concepts into clear, structured rubrics and datasets for AI model training.
Adapt medical content fluently between Traditional Chinese and English, ensuring both linguistic precision and cultural sensitivity.
Provide expert insights into Taiwanese healthcare practices, ensuring clinical accuracy and culturally appropriate terminology.
Collaborate closely with editors, linguists, and AI researchers to refine and enhance content quality.
Leverage medical expertise to create technically sound, contextually accurate materials for AI systems.
Review and edit medical rubrics, ensuring consistency with established clinical standards and ethical practices.
Native Mandarin speaker with advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
Advanced degree (MD or PhD) in Medicine, Healthcare, or a related biomedical discipline.
2–6+ years of medical experience in clinical practice, research, or a healthcare-related profession.
Strong analytical thinking and exceptional written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in an asynchronous environment.
Deep understanding of medical terminology, diagnostic frameworks, and cross-cultural communication in healthcare.
Prior experience in grading, instructional design, rubric creation, or medical education development.
Familiarity with generative AI, machine learning models, or medical data labeling projects.
Background in clinical writing, medical translation, or AI-assisted medical training.
Type: Contract (Hourly-based engagement)
Duration: 2 months (potential for extension based on performance and project scope)
Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week
Compensation: $100–$160 per hour (paid weekly via Stripe Connect)
Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous, allowing flexibility to work across time zones
