Payroll Specialist

Description:

Role Overview:
You will play a central role in the accurate and complete processing of payroll for staff distributed across multiple sites. In addition to payroll, you will contribute to benefits management and administrative accounting support.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate drivers’ hours of service and mileage every payroll cycle (biweekly)

• Validate timesheets, absences, leaves, vacations, and sick days

• Verify the accuracy of processed data

• Update employee payroll records

• Administer benefits such as insurance, RRSP, bonuses, etc.

• Collaborate with the accounting team for various ad hoc needs

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
