Payroll Integration Consultant

Location: Canada remote

Duration: 12 months plus Contract

Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM (IST overlap)

Experience: 8–10 years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Integration Consultant to manage payroll integrations between ADP Global Payroll and Workday HCM, ensuring accurate data flow, compliance, and smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage functional requirements for payroll integrations
  • Design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and ADP
  • Ensure accurate payroll data flow and compliance
  • Support payroll system operations and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Workday HCM
  • Hands-on experience in Payroll systems and operations
  • Expertise in ADP Global Payroll integrations
  • Good understanding of payroll compliance and data flows
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing and testing Workday payroll integrations
  • Exposure to manufacturing domain (nice to have)
