Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations
- Design and implement HCM Extracts for payroll reporting and system integrations
- Perform data validation and troubleshoot issues in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and payroll integrations
- Analyze and resolve payroll processing and integration failures
- Work with Oracle HCM Payroll module including configuration, elements, balances, and reporting structures
- Optimize SQL queries to improve performance of reports and extracts
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll-related data
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- Expertise in Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP) reports
- Solid knowledge of Payroll module configurations and data structures
- Strong SQL skills and query optimization experience
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
