Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the local branch through hands-on strategic planning

• Supervise, hire, and evaluate sales and operational personnel

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal sales teams, external reps, and warehouse staff

• Manage the branch budget and optimize financial performance

• Actively contribute to business development with sales representatives

• Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Inspire and lead by example, maintaining high team morale and cohesion

Required Qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the distribution or industrial sector

• Minimum of 5 years in personnel management within a sales environment

• Solid experience in budget management and strategic planning

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

• Highly result-oriented, ambitious, and collaborative mindset
