AMIL 360 Solutions, a dynamic and fast-growing marketing company, is currently looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join its on-site team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual seeking a flexible part-time opportunity in a creative and collaborative environment.
As a key member of the administrative team, the Office Administrator will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, organizing internal workflows, and facilitating effective team communication. Candidates should be well-organized, efficient, and capable of managing a variety of tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and company leadership.
Manage filing systems, office supplies, correspondence, and internal documentation.
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication within the team.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
Track project timelines and assist in internal reporting and documentation.
Maintain office supply inventory and manage procurement when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
Familiarity with the marketing or creative industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
