The selected candidate will lead a team of mechanics in a dynamic and collaborative workshop environment. As a mechanical foreman, you will be responsible for achieving operational goals, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of mechanics to ensure smooth workshop operations

• Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and deadlines

• Participate actively in the optimization of mechanical processes and the implementation of continuous improvement strategies

• Collaborate on technical and organizational projects

• Manage daily priorities and coordinate mechanical interventions efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent work experience

• Proven experience in a similar mechanical supervisory role, preferably with heavy trucks

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams

• High sense of operational priorities and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable using computer tools

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
