Marketing Sales Support Assistant

Description:

Reporting to the Manager, Insurance Solutions Support, you would be responsible for providing basic individual life insurance special quotes for Canada Life.

Accountabilities:
 

• Responding to requests for basic life illustrations from our three distribution channels within our service standards
• Working with our excel based special illustration models to complete the requests
• Meeting tight deadlines and appropriate service standards
• Supporting other requests as required
   

Qualifications and Competencies:
 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong customer-service skills
• Ability to coordinate work involving multiple time-sensitive deadlines while meeting service targets
• Knowledge of life insurance products and features
• Knowledge of how the separate distribution channels function would be an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an asset
• Bilingual would be an asset (English and French)
