Marketing Manager

Description:

The Marketing Manager will develop unique strategies to tackle different needs in our business, including but not limited to engagements with internal and external people, social media, coordinate with administrative team for material for corporate events, website maintenance and updates, and aid in marketing for recruitment and our formwork teams. In this role, you will:

• 
  Assess the current brand positioning and drive the development of the narrative and strategic marketing plan with a focus on brand positioning and awareness;
• Champion and lead the creation of presentation decks, brochures for prospective partners and key customer groups, telling the story of Bosa Construction through written and visual materials;
• Create a comprehensive content strategy showcasing our projects that brings the success stories of our organization and projects to life;
• Deliver marketing requests from stakeholders, including our clients’ marketing teams and construction operations.

What you Bring:

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager role is both creative and organized. You are an experienced marketing leader, but do not mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You recognize that the external marketing strategy for a B2B organization is unique, and you are keen to work with senior leadership to launch big ideas and innovative strategies that will continue to set Bosa Construction apart from the rest of the industry.

You are driven by strong relationships and know how to work with people at all levels of the organization. You are an expert at time management and prioritization, and people would describe you as self-managed.
