This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Hindi and English, culturally aware, and passionate about contributing to the evolution of language models and generative AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated images and videos that are based on Hindi prompts to ensure linguistic accuracy, contextual relevance, and cultural fluency.

• Provide detailed linguistic and cultural feedback to improve AI model understanding and ensure outputs align with Hindi-speaking audiences’ expectations.

• Identify and correct nuanced errors, including dialectal, idiomatic, or cultural inconsistencies within AI-generated content.

• Experiment with multimodal AI platforms, such as Gemini and other emerging tools, to test prompt design and assess model behavior.

• Document observed inconsistencies, failure patterns, and misinterpretations, providing actionable feedback for AI researchers.

• Collaborate remotely with AI engineers and research teams, contributing insights that enhance multilingual and multimodal AI systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full professional fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).

• Strong proficiency in reading and writing both Hindi and Hinglish.

• Deep knowledge of regional Hindi dialects, idioms, and variations across different parts of India.

• Strong understanding of Indian culture, media, and social contexts.

• Awareness of current Hindi-language trends in entertainment, literature, and digital content.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• A genuine interest in AI creativity tools and curiosity about how AI interprets language visually.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in linguistic research, translation, or cultural analysis.

• Prior work in AI evaluation, data annotation, or content review roles.

• Understanding of multimodal AI behavior, prompt engineering, or creative technology.

Engagement Details:

• Type: Independent Contractor

• Compensation: $7–$11 per hour

• Duration: 5 weeks (with potential for extension)

• Commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week

• Location: Fully Remote

• Start Date: Immediate

• Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
