WellCare Insurance Oakville is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, RIBO-licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is sales-driven, confident, and excited by unlimited earning potential. If you enjoy building relationships, following up with leads, closing business, and creating long-term client connections, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you will:

✅ Generate new business and close sales

✅ Follow up with leads quickly and consistently

✅ Recommend Home, Auto, Business, and Travel Insurance solutions

✅ Build strong client relationships

✅ Cross-sell and up-sell where appropriate

✅ Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

What we’re looking for:

✔ Active RIBO license required

✔ Strong sales mindset

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up

✔ Comfortable in a commission-based role

✔ Insurance sales experience is a strong asset

✔ OTL-licensed candidates are also encouraged to apply
