As a member of VLS Canada, the successful candidate will provide one-on-one support through coaching and strategy instruction.

Key responsibilities

· Provide virtual learning support

· Develop personalized learning plans

· Instruct time-management, learning, and test‑taking strategies

· Support use of assistive technologies and digital learning tools when needed

· Conduct informal learning assessments and refer for formal assessments when required

· Maintain client records to support ongoing data collection

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in Adult Education with concentration in learning disabilities or a related university degree plus an Adult Learning Certificate. A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered. A strong knowledge of working with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work diligently in a remote environment is required
