Junior Sales Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and licensed Junior Sales Representative to join our high-performing team within Lennard Commercial Realty. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with two Senior Agents specializing in Industrial Leasing and Sales.

This role is designed as a two-year mentorship program. You will enter into a two-year agreement to work alongside seasoned professionals who will provide hands-on training, strategic guidance, and direct exposure to high-level deal execution. In exchange for your hard work and prospecting efforts, you will gain the skills and market knowledge required to build a lucrative, long-term career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be generating new business and supporting the senior team in executing transactions.

  • Business Development & Prospecting (Primary Focus): Aggressively canvas and contact potential clients to generate leads and build a database of industrial users and owners.
  • Deal Execution: Assist the senior team in the end-to-end lease and sale process, from initial pitch to closing.
  • Property Tours: Coordinate and conduct inspections and tours with prospective tenants and purchasers.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, comparable transactions, and vacancy rates to support property valuations and client advisory.
  • Marketing & Admin Support: Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, proposals), manage listings, and maintain the team’s CRM.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Real Estate License in Ontario (Registered with RECO) is mandatory.
  • Vehicle & Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation is required for property tours and canvassing.
  • Hunger for Success: This is a demanding, high-reward industry. We are looking for self-starters who are resilient and motivated by performance-based results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to speak confidently with business owners, landlords, and investors.
  • Coachability: A willingness to learn, adapt, and follow the guidance of mentors with a proven track record.

Compensation Structure

  • 100% Commission-Based: Income is directly tied to performance.
  • Mentorship & Split: You will work under a structured split arrangement with the Senior Agents, reflecting the value of the training, leads, and brand leverage provided during the two-year term.
