Junior Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Setup and support of Windows 10 desktops and mobile devices.

• Resolve workstation and system issues related to trading operations.

• Configure and manage Active Directory and Group Policy settings.

• Utilize PowerShell for automation and system configuration.

• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and trading teams to ensure seamless technology support.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in a System Engineering or Systems Administration role.

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.

• Strong experience supporting and configuring Windows 10 environments.

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.
