Cogeco Média is currently seeking a Junior Advertising Consultant to join the CBS (Canadian Broadcast Sales) team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital, radio, and advertising industries, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate audio contracts and develop strategic plans with the planning teams.

• Generate sales leads and build new business relationships.

• Collect and analyze client needs to prepare media plans and renewal strategies.

• Keep a strong market presence to seize opportunities and maximize sales.

• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.

Skills and Competencies:

• Team player with a collaborative approach to work.

• Knowledge in digital sales and media.

• Sales experience with a general understanding of local media.

• Strong negotiation skills and business development experience.

• Bilingual (French and English) is required for regular interactions with the Toronto team.

• Related training in the media field is an asset.
