Inventory Control Associate

Description:

Arrow Workforce Solutions is hiring a full-time Inventory Control Associate for a client in Ottawa, ON. This role involves conducting inventory audits, performing cycle counts, and using RF scanners to ensure stock accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and experienced with inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Inventory Audits & Cycle Counts: Ensure accurate stock levels through regular checks
✔ Order Processing: Pick, sort, and pack orders using RF scanners
✔ Stock Verification: Count, record, and verify merchandise quantities for orders
✔ Warehouse Operations: Perform shipping/receiving tasks and forklift operations (Counterbalance)
✔ Physical Tasks: Lift up to 30 lbs, push, pull, bend, and stack cartons
✔ Safety & Accuracy: Follow workplace safety standards and maintain precise record-keeping

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 1+ year of Counterbalance forklift experience (Valid forklift license required)
🔹 Previous experience in auditing, inventory control, or a similar role preferred
🔹 Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
🔹 Proficiency in RF scanners and basic Microsoft applications
🔹 Good written & verbal communication skills in English
🔹 Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing manual tasks
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
🔹 Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Perks:

📌 Full-time role in Ottawa, ON
⏰ Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
💰 $4,160 per month ($24/hr)
