Description:
We are looking for a Manager, International Tax Services to join our growing Tax practice and own the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on a variety of international tax matters, including cross-border transactions, international expansion, and inbound investment into Canada.
- Lead the planning and execution of complex tax engagements, providing practical, client-focused solutions to address Canadian and international tax issues.
- Prepare and review technical tax research, memoranda, tax reorganizations, and corporate tax compliance engagements while ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
- Support clients with international tax planning, tax controversy matters, and the interpretation of evolving tax legislation and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and deliver additional value.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, technical guidance, and ongoing support, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Your Experience And Education
- You have completed your Canadian CPA designation and either the In-Depth Tax Course or a Master of Taxation (MTax).
- You have 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a focus on Canadian and International Tax.
- You possess strong technical knowledge of Canadian and international tax legislation, including cross-border tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
- You have experience managing tax engagements and delivering practical solutions for complex tax planning and compliance matters.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable presenting technical concepts to clients and colleagues.
- You are committed to delivering exceptional client service and building strong, lasting client relationships.
