Integration Rhapsody Administrator

 

Description:

Seeking an experienced Integration Rhapsody Administrator to support and maintain healthcare integrations across enterprise clinical and operational systems.

The role involves administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment, and support of interfaces using Rhapsody Integration Engine in a 24x7 healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Rhapsody Integration Engine environments

Monitor interface queues, logs, alerts, and system performance

Troubleshoot HL7, API, Java-based, file-based, and web service integrations

Support production incidents and perform root cause analysis

Develop/support Java utilities, scripts, and integration components as needed

Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and offshore support teams

Deploy and migrate interfaces across Dev/Test/Prod environments

Maintain interface documentation and operational runbooks

Participate in on-call support rotation

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in healthcare integration support

Strong hands-on experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine

Strong Java development/support experience

Experience supporting:

Epic

Strong HL7 v2.x knowledge (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU)

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FHIR, TCP/IP, MLLP, SFTP

SQL and basic Linux/Windows administration knowledge

Experience with ServiceNow/Jira ticketing systems

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare provider or hospital environment experience

Knowledge of Cloverleaf or Mirth is a plus

ITIL process understanding

Strong communication and client-facing skills
