Description:
In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting our Key Account Management (KAM) team aligning with the company’s key strategies, maximizing value to the customers, and increasing the company’s revenue.
Job Responsibilities
- Interact directly with Account Managers and extended Support Team (Pre-Sales Engineers, Supplies & Services Account Rep, Field Service Managers, Project Managers)
- Follow up on opportunities and quotes, in prioritization and alignment with the Account Managers, facilitating accurate forecasting, and maximizing revenue generation.
- Proactively manage data in assigned accounts ensuring it is complete and up to date (account information/Contacts/Install Base/Competition).
- Coordinate among different stakeholders in order to address complex deals/quotations and preparation upfront of the presentation.
- Prospect new customers to capture new opportunities.
- Install Base Opportunity management and qualification of automatically generated renewal opportunities, together with the account owner.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction is at the highest level and get ahead of any major issues in coordination with the customer help desk team.
- Monitor Projects Schedule and Delivery.
- Provide support for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Customer Digital Engagement and prospecting through LinkedIn navigator.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in French and English.
- B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Ideally, have at least 1-year of sales experience with a proven track record achieving goals and connecting with customers.
- Team player and passion for sales.
- Effective verbal communication skills (in-person, conference calls, presentations) and business writing proficiency (transactional – emails; informational - call reports, meeting minutes; persuasive - customer proposals).
- Understanding of CRM (such as SalesForce.com) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle competing priorities and timelines.
- Desire to grow career in sales organization and future ability to move into a field-based account management role.
