Inside Sales Specialist

 

Description:

· Looking for candidates with Social Media Experience (Customer Service Call Center/Sales experience preferred).

· The candidate will help support and expand our large social media self serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutions.

· Proactively outreach to decision-makers over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisements by optimizing their ad performance and increasing their investments.

· The assigned book of business will be on a quarterly basis, with new accounts assigned on a monthly basis.

· This role is expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and drive higher advertising spend for small and medium size businesses.

· Improve client's experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption and manage a portfolio book of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.

· Provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.

· Become an expert on all Social Media Advertising solutions.

· Ability to identify trends and solve problems.

· Providing vital product insights feedbacks, from their own experience using Social Media Products and sharing the feedback from the Social Media Advertisers.

· Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the Social Media products.

· Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive advertiser businesses to success.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED Min 1-yr customer service or Related Exp
  • Prefer experience working in a sales environment with sales targets or quotas
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work all shifts as required (including holidays)
  • PC skills and keyboarding skills. Professional Skill Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
