Description:
Summit Search Group is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for EH Price, a company serving Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario’s commercial and industrial markets for over 70 years. This role is pivotal in supporting the Division Manager and sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and superior customer support.
The Inside Sales Representative will act as a liaison between customers, outside sales, and internal teams, managing projects and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring high satisfaction.
Support the outside sales team by managing quotes, preparing documentation, and assisting with follow-up activities.
Monitor and manage project information through the Winnipeg Construction Association (WCA) and Rep Edge, including project tracking, tender printing, and bid/spec take-offs.
Collaborate with the Division Manager and sales team to review and prepare final quotes before customer submission.
Act as project manager for assigned projects, coordinating internal teams and managing materials, documentation, and timelines.
Participate in internal meetings, supplier training, and customer events, including potential travel, to support business development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in sales or customer service.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
