Description:
The Inside Sales Associate at Electrolux Major Appliances drives profitable sales growth by managing day‑to‑day relationships with Dealer Accounts, supporting product placement, and executing sales and marketing programs. This role collaborates with regional teams, develops existing and new accounts, and tracks product and promotional performance to strengthen overall business results. Success in this position requires strong communication, analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and relationship‑building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable sales growth through ongoing customer engagement, primarily via phone communication, to achieve assigned sales objectives
- Manage end‑to‑end sales and invoicing processes for Inside Sales Accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to fulfillment requirements
- Execute product selling and merchandising plans that support retailer objectives and maximize company profitability
- Administer advertising and promotional funds to drive sales outcomes while maintaining budget alignment
- Provide product training and demonstrations to store-level personnel as needed
- Increase Electrolux product presence through relationship‑based floor placement strategies
- Monitor and report on assigned product line performance against volume and sales goals
- Gather and communicate market intelligence and competitive insights to inform sales and promotional strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of retail sales or marketing experience with a focus on business development
- Strong negotiation skills and proven experience building and managing account relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
