Deloitte Canada is looking for a Manager for its Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory team. This permanent, hybrid position supports clients in managing large, complex capital projects across various sectors like infrastructure, transit, nuclear power, and mining. The Manager will focus on project execution and construction phases, managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and communications for mega projects worth anywhere from $100 million to billions.

Key responsibilities include providing advisory support and independent oversight through project reviews, assessments, and audits. The role also involves assisting clients with digital strategies, data analytics, and performance improvement. A focus on business development, proposal support, and fostering client relationships is essential.

Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in project management for capital projects and be familiar with project controls, risk analysis, scheduling, and cost management. A background in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management is preferred. Certifications such as PMP, PEng, CIQS, or RICS, along with expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project management tools, will be beneficial. French-English bilingualism is required for Montreal-based candidates.

Deloitte offers a competitive salary range of CAD 83,000 to CAD 144,000 annually, equivalent to CAD 6917 to CAD 12000 monthly, along with a comprehensive Total Rewards Package that includes mental health support, flexible benefits, and hybrid work arrangements.
