Infrastructure Analyst

LGS, an IBM Company, is actively seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Analyst with M365 specialization to join its dynamic team based in Québec or Montréal. This permanent hybrid role offers a chance to play a pivotal part in large-scale digital transformation projects across public and private sectors. This position requires a strong background in Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including maintenance, deployment, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting. You’ll be a key contributor to projects that advance client business goals while enhancing the digital lives of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient maintenance, performance tuning, and optimization of Microsoft 365 infrastructure

• Manage migrations, deployments, and implementation of new M365 features and services

• Monitor and resolve incidents within the M365 environment in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to streamline operational workflows and improve toolsets

• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, configurations, and support processes

• Stay current with emerging M365 features and industry standards; recommend technical improvements

• Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices across the M365 ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with deep specialization in Microsoft 365

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, etc.

• Solid understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies

• Familiarity with IT security, compliance frameworks, and enterprise-grade configurations

• Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (Jira, Trello)

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Proficiency with Azure or AWS cloud platforms

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum project delivery methods

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in diverse teams

• Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
