As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and mechanical integrity of manufacturing equipment. This role requires in-depth knowledge of stamping, welding, fabrication, and the assembly of heavy equipment. You will be responsible for installing, aligning, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems to support seamless production processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, align, and commission heavy machinery, including stamping presses and fabrication equipment.

  • Perform mechanical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery.

  • Disassemble and inspect components to ensure they meet fit and functional specifications.

  • Execute welding and fabrication tasks for machinery modification or creation.

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and manuals.

  • Maintain accurate logs for maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machinery efficiency.

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure work complies with industry standards.

  • Support upgrades and installation of new industrial equipment.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and equipment optimization.


Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Millwright in heavy industrial settings.

  • Strong expertise in welding, metal fabrication, and mechanical assembly.

  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining stamping presses.

  • Ability to interpret and work from mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.

  • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards for industrial environments.

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

  • Capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams.
