**Work Model:** Hybrid – Minimum 3 days per week at the downtown Toronto/client office.

### Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Technical Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud, configuration, and integrations. The candidate will lead technical design and implementation and guide delivery teams.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead technical design and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
* Provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Design and support Guidewire Cloud solutions and integrations.
* Define integration approaches using REST/SOAP APIs and microservices.
* Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and delivery teams.
* Guide PolicyCenter configuration and integration design.
* Review technical designs and resolve complex technical issues.
* Support development, testing, implementation, and production readiness.
* Maintain technical standards and solution documentation.

### Required Skills and Qualifications

* **8+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter experience.**
* **Guidewire ACE Certification in PolicyCenter Configuration and/or Integration.**
* Strong Guidewire Cloud and integration expertise.
* Solution design and technical leadership experience.
* Hands-on REST and SOAP API experience.
* Experience designing or implementing microservices-based integrations.
