Description:
CPI Interiors is looking for an Independent Interior Design Consultant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who wants the freedom of running their own business while being supported by an established design studio. The consultant will nurture client leads, implement marketing strategies, create personalized interior design solutions, and oversee projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in ongoing training and weekly production meetings.
- Implement personal marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Conduct initial phone consultations with new leads.
- Schedule and conduct first client appointments.
- Establish client budgets and manage expectations.
- Design projects using CPI Interiors' LIVV Home Collection.
- Present design concepts at client homes.
- Keep client folders and project details organized.
- Track and report leads and sales.
- Collaborate with trusted suppliers and contractors.
Ideal Candidate:
- Interior Decorating/Design diploma or degree (required).
- CAD experience (preferred but not required).
- Sales experience & social media marketing skills (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of interior design/decorating trends.
- Attention to detail and excellent people skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business.
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (required).
- Motivated, self-starter, and tech-savvy.
