Inbound Service Agent

 

Description:

  • Always Demonstrating safety leadership and safe work practices
  • Working in accordance with City Wide Towing Inc. policies and procedures
  • Answering a variety of inbound service calls to ensure accurate information is collected for data entry into call centre software
  • Exuding strong customer service through verbal and written communication
  • Understanding and utilizing all implemented software which is used during shift
  • To meet or exceed call center metrics while providing consistent customer service
  • Monitor all methods of communication, Phones, E-mails, and client portals
  • Supporting fellow team members as needed
  • Maintain and encourage a positive, solution-based environment within centre
  • Conduct any required administration as outlined by customer service lead or customer service manager
  • Invoice verification
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to lead and management
  • Consistently providing great customer service and building positive relationships with external clients
