Desired Skills and Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, or related field
• CHRP is considered an asset
• 5+ years of human resources experience
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to communicate and work with people at different levels across and outside the organization
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills that motivate others
• Knowledgeable in human resources practices and legislation
• Proven time management and multi-tasking skills to set priorities and objectives while remaining composed under pressure
• Computer savvy including proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to exercise appropriate levels of discretion and confidentiality
• Local and International travel is required
