Description:
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is seeking a temporary Oracle HCM Specialist to join its People & Culture team. This remote opportunity is open to candidates across Western Canada. The role requires a tech-savvy professional to provide expert support for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), focusing on system improvements, functional configuration, technical support, and enhancing internal knowledge bases.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve time and attendance incidents using technical expertise
Configure Oracle HCM systems and resolve related issues
Drive system improvements and project delivery by performing gap analysis, documenting requirements, and configuring, testing, and implementing solutions
Maintain and update the Oracle HCM knowledge base, ensuring alignment with software updates
Liaise with internal stakeholders on People & Culture processes affected by technology initiatives
Working Environment:
Work collaboratively with a team of System Support Specialists
Report to the Senior Manager, HR Systems
Operate in a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer service
Requirements:
At least 1 year of Oracle HCM configuration/support experience (e.g., Pay Policies, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Employment Terms, Integrations)
3–6 years of progressively responsible experience in IT Business or HRIS applications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
