Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Define and communicate the business benefits of digital solutions with clear value propositions.
🔹 Utilize knowledge of P&C insurance, including product development, pricing, risk assessment, and claims management, to design innovative technology strategies.
🔹 Gather and document business requirements through process mapping, use cases, and UI prototyping.
🔹 Collaborate with external vendor teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
🔹 Provide technical support to internal teams by troubleshooting, guiding, and coordinating with development units.
🔹 Manage communication between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
🔹 Oversee project rollouts from planning to deployment, including post-launch support.
🔹 Establish quality control processes, including test strategies, execution, and issue resolution.
🔹 Organize project meetings, monitor timelines, and provide regular status updates.
🔹 Implement monitoring frameworks to track system performance and updates.

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
✔ 3-5 years of experience in IT business analysis, systems implementation, or insurance solutions.
✔ Experience working with modern digital platforms and insurance industry-specific systems.
✔ Strong ability to develop and deliver technical solutions that align with complex business needs.
✔ Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
