What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant in our Risk Tech and Data Team, you will support and advise on a range of projects, from conducting current state assessments to designing and implementing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology solutions.

The role demands curiosity, proactivity and quick learning, with the expectation that you dive into the material, contribute ideas, and remain open to learning and adapting to changing client needs.

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Developing materials for, and participating in client workshops in order to understand and document key governance, risk and compliance processes
  • Supporting the design and implementation of GRC technology solutions to drive robust risk management practices. Key activities include business requirements documentation, writing user stories, test scripts and user guides, and preparation of project deliverables
  • Understanding our clients’ unique and complex needs and providing them with valuable and actionable information and recommendations.

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in technology consulting
  • Analytical in nature, passionate about data, technology and continuously learning new software and tools
  • Must be passionate about learning, exploring and developing new ways to do things; enthusiastic about change and embracing new ideas
  • Proficiency in report writing, presentations, and communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven project management and organization skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, innovative and creative team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and develop clear, actionable insights.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with, or eagerness to learn prompt engineering and the use of GenAI to drive delivery efficiencies
