The Opportunity
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating project deliverables
- Assist in the monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule
- Project coordination between other design disciplines
- Resolve design challenges with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
- Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed
- Develop, with the oversight of the Project Manager, Change Orders or other contractual documents between the Client and the Design Team
- Prepare, track, and resolve requests for information (RFI) in liaison with the design team and the Client to ensure the design team has the information required to complete the design.
- Support the Project manager with project reporting as required
- Support in the delivery of high quality, coordinated, on time deliverables that meet the project intent and client needs
- Support the creation of various management plans required for the project.
- Develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical disciplines
- Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives.
