This on-site position will report directly to the Glazing Manager and play a crucial role in overseeing commercial construction projects within the glazing and building envelope sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, labor targets, and overall financial performance.

• Coordinate daily with internal project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all aspects of assigned project scopes.

• Lead all project meetings including kickoffs, handoffs, and post-project reviews.

• Develop detailed schedules and pre-planning execution strategies with the team.

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols in collaboration with site leads and safety personnel.

• Track, negotiate, and manage change orders effectively.

• Identify potential conflicts proactively and provide effective resolutions.

• Maintain project quality and deliver within timeline and budget.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project leadership role within commercial construction.

• Strong knowledge of glazing, curtain wall systems, and building envelope solutions is a strong asset.

• Post-secondary education in civil engineering, building science, or a related technical field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project and Procore.

• Excellent skills in blueprint reading, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and foster a collaborative team environment.
