Generalist Hr Advisor

Description:

The Clinique Médicale Mieux-Être is seeking a Generalist HR Advisor to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the HR department in an organization experiencing rapid growth. Under the supervision of the HR Director, the selected candidate will be instrumental in deploying and structuring HR practices and ensuring the implementation of impactful HR projects.

The HR Advisor will play a key role in guiding managers, improving internal processes, and leading various HR initiatives. This position requires someone who is autonomous, capable of handling HR tasks from start to finish, and works collaboratively with a focus on kindness and rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to managers and teams on daily HR-related matters (work relations, absences, onboarding, etc.)

• Manage and evolve various HR processes (onboarding, performance, employee files, etc.)

• Oversee occupational health and safety files (SST), including follow-up on accidents, relations with CNESST, prevention, and documentation

• Contribute to key HR projects: organizational health, EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion), employee mobilization, and managing growth

Required Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar

• Strong knowledge of labor standards and HR practices in Quebec

• Practical experience in occupational health and safety, including managing CNESST files

• High level of autonomy, initiative, and a proactive approach to tasks

• Collaborative, human-centered, and structured working style

• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
