General Labourer

Description:

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, a proudly Canadian and independently owned bottling company, is seeking a General Labourer – Warehouse to join its logistics and distribution team. The General Labourer, Warehouse will be responsible for physically handling products, materials, and equipment to fulfill customer orders. This includes order picking using handheld scanners, operating pallet jacks, wrapping and labeling pallets, and preparing shipments for delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a national brand while working in a structured and team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 15:00 (3 PM) to 23:00 (11 PM) (subject to change)

• Starting Wage: $25.06/hour + $1.25 shift premium

• After 360 Hours: $27.56/hour + premium

• After 720 Hours: $28.06/hour + premium

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately build and secure customer product orders for shipment

• Use electric or manual pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials

• Use voice-picking software where applicable to ensure order accuracy

• Meet daily productivity and safety targets

• Wrap, label, and stage pallets for shipping in designated areas

• Regularly lift, bend, kneel, climb, and handle items up to 50 pounds

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Assist with manual product movement as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License (mandatory)

• Prior experience in warehouse, production, or equipment servicing

• Ability to safely operate manual/powered pallet jacks

• Demonstrated attention to detail and order accuracy

• Forklift certification is an asset
