Manulife’s Individual Insurance Promises Delivered Team is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to enhance client and advisor-facing tools. The role involves designing, coding, testing, and integrating new features while collaborating closely with product partners, software engineers, quality engineers, and business analysts.

Key responsibilities include participating in brainstorming sessions for innovative solutions, maintaining high-quality software with accountability for production reliability, promoting agile and DevOps principles, completing documentation, and staying updated on software testing frameworks. The engineer will drive software development processes using quality-centric methodologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital solutions.

Candidates must have proficiency in React, Redux, NodeJS, Express, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MERN Stack, along with experience in test frameworks such as TestNG or Selenium. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills are essential. A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
