Founding Account Manager

 

Description:

Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack and has experienced rapid growth, going from $0 to $500k in ARR within 90 days during its stealth phase. They are now gearing up for even greater expansion and looking for a Founding Account Manager to help drive their success. This role offers an incredible opportunity to work alongside a team of all-stars and take part in the journey from $1M to $100M in under a year.

As a Founding Account Manager, you will leverage AI to help you manage a portfolio of 10-20 accounts, focusing on relationship-building, successful onboarding, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 10-20 accounts

  • Develop deep, lasting relationships with clients

  • Ensure successful onboarding for all accounts

  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to overall account growth

  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and relationship management

Additional Qualities We're Looking For:

  • Ability to build systems and implement operational frameworks to make work more efficient

  • Enjoyment in experimenting with AI productivity tools and optimizing productivity

  • Ability to manage multiple threads simultaneously and not drop the ball on any of them

  • Experience in B2B SaaS is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and/or Video content is a plus

Work Environment:

  • The team will be working in-person in both the US and Canada.
