Description:

CNH Industrial is seeking a Financial Sales Manager to lead and expand financial and equipment sales in Southern Ontario through its dealer network, representing brands such as Case IH, Case, and New Holland. The role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional who can develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive sales, enhance dealer relationships, and grow financial market share.

The Financial Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers, delivering training programs to sales, F&I, management, service, and parts teams, and serving as a key liaison between the company and dealer principals or CFO-level stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive trends, and industry best practices to ensure CNH Industrial maintains a strong presence in the market.
