Financial Manager

Description:

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of financial and human resources functions within our organization. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional who can effectively lead the initiatives to support our company's growth and success.

This is a full time position responsible for all financial and related activities for the company including, but not limited to:

• Month End and Year End Financial Statement preparation and back up analysis and working papers
• Daily banking activities and cash monitoring, monthly reconciliations
• All Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions and related functions
• Provide HR functions related to hiring and orientation of new employees
• Preparing bi-weekly payroll and administering related employee benefits
• Preparing and ensuring timely reporting and payment of Government remittances

Skills and Experience

• Excellent math, communication and computer skills
• English language proficiency (read/write/speak)
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment
• ISO 9001, IATF 16949 experience, as well as ISO14001 experience an asset
• Minimum college degree or diploma in Accounting
