Finance Student

Description:

We are seeking a Finance Student, for our BC Region district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for 4 months starting in September 2023. This position will be under the direct supervison of the Accounting Manager.

As a Finance Student, you will contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities

• Preparing accounts receivable report.
• Client progress billings.
• Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Preparing word documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Calendar management and support for managers.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient on the computer and have intermediate skills in MS software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexible, enthusiastic and energetic.
• Able to work with a diverse workforce and interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
