Your mission:
Deliver comprehensive and data-driven financial and operational analysis that empowers our organization to make sound strategic decisions.
Your tasks:
- Ensure that all financial records, transactions, and reports are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide timely and reliable financial information to stakeholders, management, and regulatory authorities to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Streamline financial processes and implement efficient accounting systems to improve productivity and reduce errors.
- Facilitate smooth communication within the organization, including reviewing and responding to emails, and managing correspondence on behalf of management.
- Participate in operational initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide support and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects to support the development of an administrative and HR function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting concepts and principles
