Field Superintendent

Description:

Savanna Well Servicing Inc. is seeking a seasoned Field Superintendent to oversee rig operations and lead field teams at their Lacombe, AB location. This role requires a hands-on leader to ensure rigs meet safety and operational standards, manage equipment and maintenance, and coordinate logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Rig Managers and field crews

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards for rig sites

• Manage equipment inspections and maintenance schedules

• Collaborate closely with HR, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and Training teams

• Coordinate logistics, permits, and rig moves to ensure smooth operations
