As a Facility Assistant I, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of grain and special crops at the Weyburn facility. From loading trucks and railcars to operating processing equipment, you will contribute directly to the supply chain that feeds the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grain and special crops processing equipment with care and precision

• Load grain into railcars and trucks for transportation

• Receive and store grain and related products in designated storage systems

• Collect grain samples and conduct quality analysis to assess product grade

• Deliver courteous and effective customer service to farmers and partners

• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility and adhere to all safety procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physically able to perform manual tasks and operate heavy equipment

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team

• Strong eyesight and colour perception for inspecting grain quality

• Previous experience in grain or crop handling is helpful but not mandatory

• Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on operational training
