Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and driven Estimator for Commercial Roofing projects to join their team in Sudbury, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating complex commercial roofing projects, preparing take-offs, supporting the local business development efforts, and mentoring junior estimators. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct take-offs and cost estimates for large and complex commercial roofing projects

• Assist in growing local presence and strengthening relationships with national clients

• Support the sales team with timely quotes and tender submissions

• Create work orders and prepare material order sheets for projects

• Provide mentorship and training to junior estimators

• Align with company objectives, corporate initiatives, and best practices

Requirements:

• Strong experience in the roofing or construction industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and/or AutoCAD

• Clear understanding of contract documents

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow the business

• Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative team approach
