Description:

Groupe Mito Inc., a dynamic and growing organization based in Montreal, is seeking a Chef ERP (ERP Manager) to lead the development and optimization of their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the operational expansion of the company by building robust systems and processes to facilitate sustainable growth. The ERP Manager will act as the key liaison between internal departments and external ERP service providers, particularly in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who excels in ERP implementation, system configuration, process reengineering, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead IT representative for the revision and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV business processes.

• Act as the primary point of contact for external ERP partners and other system vendors.

• Participate in the configuration and launch of new Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and Work Orders.

• Simplify and automate current business processes and reporting structures to improve efficiency.

• Provide technical support for systems such as NAV, EDI, and key reporting tools like Jet Reports, Power Query, and Excel macros.

• Design, enhance, and maintain reports tailored to departmental needs across the organization.

• Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.

• Address and coordinate IT support needs with external service providers.

• Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and operational clarity.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background aligned with the responsibilities of the role.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar ERP-focused role.

• Proven experience in ERP implementation or as a super-user in finance-related ERP processes.

• Familiarity with the manufacturing sector is a strong asset.

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is essential.

• EDI knowledge is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
