Environmental Field Supervisor

Description:

Keneco Environmental is seeking a highly motivated Environmental Field Supervisor (Drilling Waste) to join our Drilling Waste Management group. The successful candidate would report to the Area Manager for SE Saskatchewan/Manitoba

Qualifications:

• Minimum two-year diploma in Environmental Sciences or Engineering Technology

• Previous experience with respect to Drilling Waste Management services and upstream oil and gas projects are considered an asset

• Must reside in Southwest Manitoba area or near the Saskatchewan/Manitoba Boarder

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage oneself remotely

• Understanding of Saskatchewan and or Manitoba drilling waste guidelines.

Job Duties:

• Supervision and coordination of daily drilling waste activities in Manitoba

• Land use and water source access negotiation

• Drilling waste sampling and analysis

• Report preparation

• Communication with provincial regulators, clients, and landowners

• Project Management

• Documentation of all activities and regulatory filings
